During our stay, we were impressed with the helpful and knowledgeable staff who made us feel welcome. The location of the hotel was excellent, with the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque within close proximity, offering breathtaking views from our room. The continental breakfast provided was delicious, and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impeccable. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant and roof terrace on-site, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.
Communication with some staff members was difficult due to language barriers.

Great location, close to attractions. Helpful staff, language barrier no issue. Room had a balcony with a view. Clean and spacious. Convenient tram nearby. Perfect choice for a holiday. Recommended!

The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions and in a safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and taken care of. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's maintenance was excellent, with everything clean and tidy.
